Allergens & Food Safety

We operate to UK food safety standards. Our menu items may contain allergens; customers must notify us of any allergen requirements at booking.

  • We label common allergens and keep allergen matrices for all platters and menus.
  • Cross-contamination risks are minimised, but not eliminated — we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
  • For severe allergies, we recommend arranging a bespoke menu and confirming procedures in writing.

Liability, cancellations & consumer remedies

Our liability for direct loss is limited to the total price paid for the event or service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses except when required by law. This does not affect statutory consumer rights in GB.

Cancellation by the customer may incur a fee as per the booking confirmation. For cancellations within 14 days of a consumer distance contract, statutory rights may apply. Refunds are issued to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside reasonable control (extreme weather, road closures, supplier failures). We will communicate promptly and offer alternative options where possible.

Complaints & Data Subject Access Requests (DSAR)

If you are unhappy with any aspect of our service, please contact us first so we can resolve the matter. For data access or deletion requests under UK GDPR, use the form.

We aim to acknowledge complaints within 3 working days and issue a full response within 20 working days where practicable.
